“Yeah.” I answered.

“I’ve got to go Keira. I have a meeting. This is my card; please give me a call. I look forward to seeing you again.” Derrick said.

“Okay, Later.” I replied.

Josh and I continued our walk. I knew that he had questions that he would have liked me to answer (questions like how Derrick and I met) but I kept a straight face and he knew well not to ask those questions.

When he was done showing me around, we sat in one of the chairs at the relaxation spots. We talked for some minutes about a lot of things which I won’t want to bore you about. He said he was ecstatic that I paid him a surprise visit and bade me farewell when the cab that I had ordered arrived.

Since Derrick said he had a meeting, I didn’t call him until eight at night. We talked for hours and arranged to go on a date.

After the date, we met again and again. The rest is history.” Aunt K concluded.

“Wow! Such a small world.” I replied.

“Yeah!” She affirmed.

“Awesome God! Can you see what I was saying?” I asked.

“What are you talking about?” She asked.

“When I told you not to give up on dating and settling down just yet…” I responded.

“Oh! Yes!” She exclaimed.

“So what is your status at the moment?” I asked.

“Well, we are seeing where this is headed. We decided to take things slow.” She answered.

“Okay, and Josh?” I asked.

“Well he says that he is cool with it as long as he makes me happy.” She replied.

“Okay. I am elated to hear this” I responded.

“So, what about you? Any boys?” She asked.

“Yeah… about that…” I answered.

“Oh!!! You are blushing.” She said.

“No I am not.” I replied.
