“I came with enough change of clothes for two.” Jake interrupted.

“Perfect!” I exclaimed, paused and asked, “but where is your luggage?”

“It is in car.” he replied.

“You drove.” I said.

“Uhun! Let me quickly get the luggage.” He said as he stepped out.

Just then Bee called.

“Hello Bee.” I said as I picked the call.

“Hope you guys are almost ready for church” she replied.

“No, we are not” I responded and continued, “in fact, neither of us has had a bath.”

“What time did you guys sleep?” She asked.

“I don’t know when I slept cos I dozed off but we would be ready and home in thirty.” I assured.

“Alright; you guys shouldn’t be long.” She said and hung up.

Immediately after I hung up, I sprinted to the bathroom for a quick shower. At least I won’t need to shower when we get home. When I got back to the living room, Travis had tidied up and was ready for church.

“Where is Jake?” I asked.

“In the room, getting ready.” He answered.
