Two hours later…
Pop was taking longer than usual. I began to wonder if it was just gas and groceries he went to get.
Few minutes later, he pulled over and parked in the garage. I peeped through the window blind and noticed that he wasn’t alone. Immediately they alighted, I sprinted upstairs, landed on my bed, and was pressing my phone.
Two minutes later, Pop knocked on the door.
“The door is open; come in” I said.
“Hello beautiful.” Pop said.
“Hey Pop. Welcome back” I greeted.
“Thank you Pumpkin.” He replied with smile.
“You stayed out longer than usual, what…” I said.
“…yes, about that, I would like to introduce you to someone. Come downstairs with me please.” He requested.
“Okay Pop.” I replied and walked with him downstairs.
